This piece is a detail for a large piece made in colaboration with a local Artist Blacksmith – my Dad!!! This is for a very large piece he commissioned himself from another artist – don’t ask it’s complicated!
We often work together, either on joint pieces, details for each others pieces, or just helping each other out to get ambitious things done.
This piece of glass will eventually be mounted below a large polished stainless steel Dragonfly, with some bullrushes and mounted in a representation of a pool made from close growing alpine plants. I can’t wait to see this ambitious project completed, I’ll post photos as soon as that happens!
The piece is 200mm / 8″ across.
